Story by Mzia operating an elevator in a residential complex in Saburtalo district, Tbilisi. This is the Tbilisi Skybridge (also called Saburtalo Skybridge or Nutsubidze Skybridge) It consists of three residential blocks arranged on a hillside and connected to each other by a high metal footbridge. Designed by Georgian architects Otar “Toni” Kalandarishvili and Gaioza “Gizo” Potskhishvili, Skybridge was built between 1974 and 1976 as part of a larger housing development known as Nutsubidze Plato 1 Apartment Complex.
